All Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) campuses and learning centres throughout the province will re-open today.
Three campuses were evacuated Wednesday morning after receiving threats – IT Campus (Halifax), Marconi Campus (Sydney) and Annapolis Valley Campus (Middleton), including the Centre of Geographic Sciences (COGS) site in Lawrencetown. By noon, all other campuses – including the one in Stellarton – and learning centres were closed as a precaution.
Police have completed searches of all evacuated campuses, and all sites throughout the province have received an all clear to resume business.
The College will work with law enforcement agencies as they continue their investigations.
