Police remind motorists to be careful on Halloween

Community

New Glasgow Regional Police advise motorists and trick or treaters to drive and treat or treat safety. To most, Halloween is an exciting time of year and tonight the streets and roads will notice an increase of children in costumes travelling from house to house in search of candy and treats. Motorists should drive with care and expect the unexpected of children running from house to house. Parents and guardians should remind children of Halloween safety rules, of travelling together, traffic safety and that candy should be taken home and inspected by an adult.

Have a safe Halloween.
