RCMP lays charges, recovers stolen property following break and enters

PICTOU – Pictou District RCMP has recovered three stolen televisions and a stolen chainsaw and has charged a 36-year-old Pictou man with break, enter and theft as part of an ongoing property crime investigation involving several break, enter and theft complaints in Pictou County over the past month. The accused will appear in Pictou Provincial Court at a later date.

The RCMP is continuing its investigation and is asking anyone who has information or may have witnessed this incident to call at 902 893 6820 or 1-800-803-RCMP (7267).
