ALMA – The Northumberland Nighthawks are hosting a junior varsity boys’ qualifier playoff game at 4 p.m. on Friday at the NRHS gym.

The Nighthawks will face the third-place team from Highland Region, the Breton Education Centre Bears from New Waterford.

The Nighthawks earned their way to this game by coming in second at the Northumberland Region playoffs last weekend in Truro. They defeated the North Nova Gryphons before losing to the host Cobequid Cougars in the regional final.
