Art show and sale

September 1 - September 29

Come view beautiful artwork by local artists! Pictou County Artists Association presents their 28th annual Art Show and Sale from  Sept. 1st to the 29th at the Northumberland Fisheries Museum, 21 Caladh Ave., Pictou. An opening reception will take place on Saturday Sept. 1st at 7 pm with guest speaker Nancy Dicks, mayor of New Glasgow. Admission is free and all are welcome. Refreshments will be served.

Music Makes Connections

The Maritime Odd Fellows Home will be hosting “Music Makes Connections” a Pre-School and Odd Fellows Home Resident Music Program at the Home in our community room on beginning on Friday, September 21st  from 10-11am. The bi-monthly program lead by Music Therapist Kelsey Mac Donald & Odd Fellows Home Recreation staff and will include crafts, music and a snack. Celtic Music at the Mill

The Sutherland Steam Mill Session, Celtic Music at the Mill with the “Dock Gang” will run  7:30pm – 9:30pm.
