Trinity United Church: Music for Awhile - Garth MacPhee, Organ and Karen Crowley, Organ & Piano performing works by Bach, Caccini, Raminsh, Bedard & others with special guests, Carillon Singers. Freewill offering with the proceeds going to the Trinity Music Fund (supporting both the New Glasgow Music Festival grand piano and our organ.)

The regular monthly meeting of the Pictou County Prostate Cancer Support Association will be held on May 16 at 7 P.M. in the UCT Building behind Summer Street Ind on Park Street New Glasgow. - Lobster dinner
The annual lobster dinner take out will take place at the Little Harbour Presbyterian Church. Freshly cooked market lobster, potato salad, coleslaw and carrot cake for $18.00. Call 301-3536 to reserve tickets. Dinners must be picked up Saturday, May 18 by 3PM.Tea & Sale

Ladies Auxiliary Blue Mountain & District Volunteer Fire Department Annual Tea & Sale at the fire hall. There will be tasty sandwiches, sweeties, and of course tea/coffee/juice....tickets on a handmade afghan, and a grocery box. Riverton Cemetery will be holding its annual meeting at 7PM in the Sharon St John Church parlour, 33 Acadia Ave, Stellarton. Any person with connections to the Riverton Cemetery is encouraged and welcome to attend.
