An adult male and a youth have been charged in connection with the break in at the Trenton Tim Hortons last month.

On the early morning of December 14, police responded to a break and enter at the coffee shop.

As part of its ongoing investigation, New Glasgow Regional Police have charged a 39-year man and a 14 year-old young person with break and enter and theft; they will appear in court at a later date.

New Glasgow Regional Police credit the media and the general public for sharing the information about the break and enter.

Const. Ken MacDonald said, “Tips sent in by the public contained crucial information that ultimately lead to the arrest of one of the suspects.”
