Police looking for man accused of stealing groceries

New Glasgow Regional Police is asking for public’s help to identify a man who they believe was stealing items from the Atlantic Superstore, New Glasgow.

According to a press release from the New Glasgow Regional Police, on Saturday, Feb. 13 at 12:15 p.m., police received a report, that an unknown man left the Atlantic Superstore on Westville Road with a shopping cart full of merchandise without paying for it. The suspect immediately fled the area.

Police are continuing to investigate and have obtained security footage identifying the accused.
