All Levels Hatha Class, JP Gammon Hall, 4136 Scotsburn Rd., 2 p.m. Guided by teacher trainee Anna Marie Galvin. Hatha Yoga is a set of physical exercises called asanas designed to align skin, muscles and the bones. Hatha uses breath to help open the body and allow energy to flow freely. “Ha” meaning sun and “Tha” meaning moon, Hatha yoga is a path towards creating balance and uniting opposites.
